Where do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States at the moment.

When will my order ship?

Coffeehouses will start working on your order immediately after the bean drop sale ends (excluding holidays, weekends, or its roasting schedules). You will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number when your shipping label is printed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you change your mind after placing an order with us, you can cancel or change it at any time before the bean drop sale ends. Reach out to support@tikumi.com about your request. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our best to help you. However, once the bean drop sale ends and the coffeehouse starts roasting your coffee, we will not be able to stop it.

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any items once shipped.

What if I don’t like my coffee?

No need to worry! We will issue Tikumi credit if you are not 100% satisfied with the coffee.

What should I do if there’s an issue with my coffee?

If your coffee arrives damaged or you received an unacceptable bag of coffee, please do not hesitate to contact support@tikumi.com with your order number, details and photos of the damage or defect to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.

Can I return my coffee?

Coffee is perishable goods so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to support@tikumi.com with your order number, details and photos of the damage or defect to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.

How does Tikumi decide which shop to feature?

All coffeehouses featured on Tikumi are curated by our staff. We are suckers for travel, cultures, history, and good coffees. We’re constantly on the lookout for award-winning, most-loved or unique coffeehouses that roast their coffee in house. It is our dream to share with you only the world’s best coffee!
